GREENLAND MOUNTAINEERING AND CLIMBING

For over 20 years now, climbing and skiing in the mountains of East Greenland has been our way of life. On this remote coastline of alpine mountains, fjords, rock walls and massive glaciers, we’ve found vast potential for mountaineering, from expeditions to boat-supported climbing from our lodge. A common thread to all of our trips is exploration and exposure to this wild, beautiful place. Based from our lodge and home in the small village of Kulusuk, Pirhuk is a partnership of highly experienced IFMGA mountain guides and Tunuumi elders. Our boats, snowmobiles and dog sleds allow us to access a huge area throughout the year. We combine our knowledge and expertise to provide what we hope to be special trips that share in the exploratory mountaineering and climbing that surrounds us here in East Greenland.
